Spa Etiquette

Pre booking of treatments is essential to avoid disappointment.

We advise clients to arrive 10 minutes prior to Spa treatment as arriving late will take precious minutes from your treatment time

Please give at least 48 hours notice when cancelling an appointment to avoid incurring a 50% cancellation charge.

No shows will be charged in full.

Please leave your valuables in a safe place or at home as we do not accept responsibility for lost items

Please turn off your phone or onto silent when entering Spa area

For the relaxation of other guests children are not allowed in Spa area

Patch tests are required 24 hours prior to all tinting, tanning and waxing treatments*

We recommend that prior to arrival you advise us on any specific medical conditions that you may have e.g. allergies, heart conditions etc. as these may interfere with your treatment

N.B. Some treatments are not recommended until after the first 16 weeks of pregnancy. Please advise us on booking if you are pregnant as you will be unable to avail of some treatments on offer
