PERSONAL TRAINERS
Should you decide to take your training to the next level and achieve your personal goals, our highly qualified Personal Trainers are at hand to drive and motivate you. They will devise food plans along with a fitness regime bespoke to you.
SWIMMING
Learn to swim with our residential swimming instructors. Groups, adults and children’s lessons are scheduled throughout the year. Individual swim lessons are also available.
